I've always enjoyed the Detective Conan manga, even though most of it has never and will likely never be localized in English. I thought that owning a cel from the series would be nice, but I didn't like the character design much from the earlier portion of the series when it was still cel based. I found this one on Mandarake BWA years ago and picked it up, long before the craziness in prices hit this series as well. I'm sure I couldn't even touch it now.
