Sailor Mars lights a ring of fire that she'll unleash upon an enemy.

This will likely be the only Sailor Moon attack where I'll ever own more than one cel from the sequence. In 2012, a good portion of this bank sequence came up for sale and I was lucky enough that I managed to pick up a couple from this attack.

I really wanted the next one in the sequence because it had been used on so many trading cards, but when it came up for auction, it was in bad shape. Paint was missing, and it looked as if it had simply not been cared for.
