Hasekura has been brought to the US twice, and both times were sponsored by Sekai Project. While I missed getting his autograph while at Anime Expo due to how busy that event is, I was able to get him at a much smaller convention called Animation on Display, or AoD for short. Hasekura had a fairly long line for such a small convention, but he seemed to be enjoying it.
