This is from Episode 7 of Panyo Panyo Di Gi Charat. Piyoko has once again teamed up with Deji Devil, and is in the process of planning something (cutely) nefarious. I originally wanted to update this during my Lunar New Year Celebration since Deji sorta looks like a monkey. But, alas, I was just really slow when it came to scanning. This set came with the time sheet. The name is abbreviated as "Taru", but information on who worked on this series is difficult to find.
