Sailor Mars prepares to light a ring of fire that she'll unleash upon an enemy.

This will likely be the only Sailor Moon attack where I'll ever own more than one cel from the sequence. In 2012, a good portion of this bank sequence came up for sale and I was lucky enough that I managed to pick up a couple from this attack.

This particular scene was used as a hanken of sorts, and was featured in several Japanese Sailor Moon trading card sets from this period. As a former card collector, I really wanted this particular cel as it was featured so prominently in so many sets from the Sailor Moon R season.
