Sailor Mars lights a ring of fire that she'll unleash upon an enemy.

This will likely be the only Sailor Moon attack where I'll ever own more than one cel from the sequence. In 2012, a good portion of this bank sequence came up for sale and I was lucky enough that I managed to pick up a couple from this attack.

This scene was used through the Sailormoon R to SuperS seasons, as well as in two OVAs.
