Sakura, Tomoyo, Meilin and Syaoran have gotten together in downtown Tokyo for a day of fun This background appears towards the middle of the Hitorijime musical segment, as Meilin imagines what it would be like to be an adult and wear a wedding dress. I thought I had scanned the matching background, but it looks like I didn't. Prolly should get around to doing that.
