Hanamori was a special guest at Anime Expo 2015. Her autograph sessions were held concurrently with Kurosawa, so both sessions were packed with lots of fanboys. On the Saturday autograph session, several of them brought their light sticks and began to dance upon their arrival.

AX staff failed to give any of their guests name placards this year, so when multiple guests were present, it was anyone's guess as to who's who. Fortunately, Hanamori opted to wear orange pig ears, which is what her character, Uritan, wears in the anime.
