How I loathe Aniplex. Every time they sponsor a guest to attend a convention, they control and manipulate them into doing exactly what Aniplex wants them to do. Guest wants to sketch for his guests? Nope. Aniplex won't permit it.

. This was why Otakon Vegas 2014 was such a misery; Aniplex controlled SUSHIO to the point where he couldn't do anything for the fans that stood in line to see him. And it's also why I won't buy anything Aniplex releases. It's not fair to the fans who pay the entrance fees, attend the panels, and wait in line for hours just to have a little something special. What made it worse is that the sketches that SUSHIO drew were not going to be sold at Otakon Vegas, but instead the Otakon head decided that there wasn't enough money in Vegas, so they'd sell it in Maryland instead. This despite several people at Otakon Vegas having spent several thousand dollars on one sketch before.
