Comic page featuring Miko Midou , signed and drawn by Toshio Maeda ( 前田 俊夫 ), creator & artist of La Blue Girl ( 淫獣学園 ) and Urotsukidoji ( 超神伝説うろつき童子 ).

When I read that Maeda was going to be a special guest at Big Wow 2013, I figured that I'd go in my Japanese fujoshi shirt, he'd laugh about it because he's soo used to pervs, and it'd be fun. What I did not account for was that I would be hit on for wearing the shirt before I even arrived at the con. I'm waiting to cross the street in front of one of the hotels, and this guy comes up to me, and stares at my shirt. He then asks me if I know what the shirt means. I laughed and told him I did. He then asks why I'm here, and before I can even answer, he proceeds to tell me he's here for some BitCoin convention. He then asks me what I'm doing later that evening and if I'd like to get together. (sigh) Ugh. No. I wore this shirt to announce my perviness, not to hook up with random people.

I finally arrive at the con, and I'm the only woman by his booth. And I have my fujoshi shirt on. Which kinda startled Maeda and his wife who was helping him out. It was at that time I realized how conservative he was, and I felt soo bad. But at the same time, considering what he draws, it just seemed so out of place. When I came back the following day, I opted to wear a panda hat. So now Maeda recognizes me as 'Panda-chan'.

Sigh.
