I believe this particular cel was from one of the Pretty Samy OVAs as it was the only time Tenchi, Sasami's brother in this particular parallel universe, went to school. I always liked the old Tenchi series and it was one the first anime series that I watched. My local PBS station aired the first season, and I would stay up every Sunday night to watch it. I really liked the Pretty Sammy series when I was a teen. Hard to believe that at one time getting anime in the US meant spending $40 for 4 episodes on VHS. We've come a long ways...
