Sailor Mercury unleashes a column of icy water towards the enemy.

It's a bit discouraging that none of the Mercury cels I've seen from this attack sequence came with a water layer. It makes me wonder what happened to them as they don't appear to be CG.

This scene was used through the Sailormoon R to SuperS seasons, as well as in two OVAs.
