Kobato, accidentally bumping to Fujimoto and causing him to drop the snowglobe, apologizes for her carelessness.

Episode 19, and its following episode, draw upon the memories of the two main characters, Kobato and her coworker, Fujimoto. This particular episode exposes the trauma that Fujimoto experienced in his past, and why he has such a cold disposition.

It's such a shame that the majority of layouts, especially those that were produced in-house, are either partial copies or complete copies. It makes me wonder what happened to the originals.
