This particular shikishi part of a lot of shikishi that GAINAX sold at Fanime's charity auction in 2011 for earthquake relief.

Unlike the majority of my original sketches, you may have noticed that the artist's signature is missing from the sketch. That's because GAINAX, in an attempt to prevent counterfeiting, made everyone who won any of their items sign a paper stating that they would only display the item without the signature. Additionally, we also had to provide contact information to GAINAX for their records. I was later informed by the Fanime Staff that GAINAX originally requested that we sign waivers vowing to never sell the item, but the Fanime legal staff had to inform GAINAX that such a waiver would be illegal in the US.
