This particular cel is from one of the more enjoyable episodes featuring Minako. Despite being the Sailor Soldier of Love and Beauty, Minako, almost four seasons into the series, is still single. In this episode, she snags not one, but two, gorgeous boys - and, in this cel, is enjoying it immensely. Artemis, her unfailingly loyal guardian, is clearly embarrassed by Minako's actions.
