Hiroyuki Imaishi & Atsushi Nishigori were both at Anime Expo 2009. Both of them were around for the final day of the convention, and were signing items together. These two artists were the two that I chose to line up for. After weathering the hot, summer LA sun for two hours(thank you, sunscreen!), I was able to get their signature.

My only gripe is that neither artist would doodle anything for you. Instead, they gave you two Gurren Laggann postcard-sized glossy prints. They were nice enough to allow me to take a picture of them as they signed my shikishi boards, but, being a horrible photographer, the picture I took is not so hot.
