During rush hour, which can last from 3-11pm in Japan, the concept of personal space does not exist. The subway hires many officers whose sole job it is to make sure everyone fits onto the subway car. I had the experience of being pushed into a train during my trip in 2008. It's a good thing people bathe rather frequently there as being up in someone's grill would make for an even more unpleasant experience. This particular cel features Lupin & Jigen from Lupin III. I purchased this cel at Tokyo Mandarake in October 2008.
