In an attempt to awaken the slumbering Neo Queen Serenity, Sailor Moon uses her Ginsuizhou.This was one of the items I purchased while at Anime Expo 2008. Prior to arriving there, the seller of this item had advertised that he had several Sailor Moon and Dragonball cels still in their original Toei blue envelopes. When I arrived at AX, I figured that this item would have been long sold out, however, I was pleasantly surprised that, according the the teens manning the booth, that no one had looked through them yet. Considering that it is one of a handful of cels created of this character, I feel lucky to have purchased it. From Episode 84 - "Waizuman no mashu! Chibiusa shōmetsu"(Wiseman's Dark Hand! Chibiusa dissapears).
