After spending a hectic afternoon looking for Chibichibi, Usagi sees that the little tyke has been found by a police officer. As Usagi gets closer to the officer, this cel appears as Usagi realizes that it's Seiya dressed in an officer's uniform.

I realized that Mandarake had a huge supply of cels, but never did I imagine that this cel was not already under lockdown in some Japanese collection. When this showed up on Zenbu 31, I wondered if it would be pointless to bid on it as this cel was on so many wishlists. For me, this was perhaps one of the best cels ever produced of Seiya in male form, and as Seiya is shown in a profession similiar to mine, it seemed to be a perfect fit. I completely lucked out in wining this cel. Unfortunately, as this is a large pan cel, my scanner can't accomidate it's size...but, I think I scanned all the important parts, right? ^_~
