After watching "Bo-bo-bo-bo-bo-bo" one night, I found out that this background was used in the making of Episode 37 - "Holy Guacamole Land isn't just for Breakfast Anymore!". The background is from the scene where Bobobo, Donpatch, Jelly Jiggler, etc. are launching their "kiddie" space attack against the Enemy.
