Sailormoon uses her Cutie Moon Rod to eliminate the enemy of the day.

While I'm not much of a fan of the dub, I do think that the dub version of this attack, "Moon Scepter Elimination" was a better choice than the Japanese version of the same attack.

This cel was used throughout the Sailormoon R season as well as in one OVA.
