Minako Aino transforms into the Soldier of Beauty, Sailor Venus.

This was my favorite part of Sailor Venus's transformation; Her long hair brushes against her face and nicely frames the cel. This is a cel that absolutely defines Venus's status as the Soldier of Beauty. As most oversized bank cels generally pertain to movies, I have identified this as being used in either OVA 1 or OVA 2(or both..since the inner transformation sequences were the same).

This cel was used during the first and second Sailormoon OVAs.
